Description
The
SafeAir Dust Collection System is a self-contained system designed to collect
airborne contaminates that can be harmful to an operator. The unit will remove
99.999% of airborne contaminates and eliminate any odors in the air. The
self-monitoring filter system provides indication to the operator when the unit
is performing effectively and is safe to operate.

Collection Features
-Durable 304 stainless steel construction to resist corrosion
and provide easy to maintain sanitary environment.
-Decontamination and filtration box that includes a HEPA
Filter, Carbon Filter and Prewash Filter.
-Disposable pre-filter for HEPA is easily changed to prolong
HEPA filter life.
-Sealed HEAP filter that efficiently removes 99.999% of
airborne contaminants, including Ammonia (NH3).
-Operator Information Panel with Filter Monitoring System to
inform operator when the unit safe to operate.
-Large fluorescent lighted work area.
-Antimildew vinyl strip curtain to shield
operator from airborne contaminants.
-Variable speed exhaust system with nominal airflow velocity
of 90-120 feet per minute (FPM).
-No external exhaust connection required, as odor-free HEPA
filtered air is exhausted back into room.

-Enclosed undercarriage made from 304
stainless steel with locking casters for easy mobility.
-Durable stainless steel work service with disposal port.
-Dual access doors for easy access to waste bin.
